Delivery
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail and dispatched within 14 days of your order being placed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and an email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.
I regret I am unable to accept returns on screenprints
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund. If you are approved.
In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact lara@dircon.co.uk
I will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition. Should it be the last print in an edition of prints for example, a refund will be made.

Workshop Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your workshop please give 14 days notice in order to receive a refund.
Should I need to cancel a workshop at any time you will be offered an option for another date or be refunded your fees in full.
